Terms & Conditions

The dog is fit, healthy & vaccinations up to date. Grooming of sick or elderly dogs is done so at owners risk. If your dogs health is a cause of conern while in my care, you agree to me seeking veterinary advice at your expense.

You agree that I, the groomer will not be held liable or responsible for any underlying skin or health problems that grooming may expose.

KT’s Bark Boutique cannot be held responsible for the standard of grooming or mishaps that may occur while grooming dogs with behavioural problems.

I understand that if my dog needs extra time spent on him/her due to de-matting or behaviour there will be an extra charge.

You agree that if your dogs coat is matted, I may have to shave off their coat due to the Animal Welfare Act. If this is to occur, the dog may take a few days to adjust to his/her new coat. You understand when shaving off your dogs coat, there is a risk of cutting the dog and any veterinary treatment is at the owners expense.

If your dog is matted, grooming is undertaken on the basis that no claim can be made against KT’s Bark Boutique for any post groom issues.

You agree to have your dogs photograph taken and used on my soical media platforms/website.

KT’s BARK BOUTIQUE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE A DOG THAT PRESENTS A RISK OF INJURY TO ITSELF OR TO ME.
